I look forward to hearing from you!

I love working at Farmington Bay WMA!

I get to see so many beautiful and interesting creatures every day

and I get to meet lots of people of all ages who love nature

and Utah's beautiful environment.

Here are some photos I have taken at the site

(and a few some folks have snapped of me loving my job):

I am about to band a dove so we can track its migration patterns.

Watching the birds fly away after you have

banded them is such a COOL experience.

Because it couldn't resist a free meal of grain, a

Yellow-Headed Blackbird got caught in a Dove Trap.

Such beautiful birds! I released it moments later.

I took this photo on one of my first days working at the site.

With the snow on the mountains in the background and and the

Canada Geese and Snowy Egrets sharing an early

Spring Pond it just struck me as incredibly beautiful.

Here I am talking about Wetlands to kids at Spectrum Academy

That was one of my favorite outreach experiences to date.

An ethereal scene from my first months on the job.

A Snowy Egret takes flight in this watercolor-esque picture.
